Amber Sullivan is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and clinical educator who helps health coaches and practitioners master lab interpretation and build clear, structured client protocols.
After completing over 30 functional lab trainings and working through hundreds of complex cases, she realized something most practitioners miss: the problem isn’t lack of knowledge—it’s lack of sequence.
She created the Clinical Mapping Method to give practitioners a repeatable system they can use with every client—so they can confidently determine what comes first, stop second-guessing their decisions, and deliver more consistent results.
Her work focuses on simplifying complex cases by organizing labs, symptoms, and systems into one clear clinical roadmap.

Amber Sullivan is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P) and the creator of the Clinical Mapping Method—a step-by-step clinical framework designed to help health coaches and practitioners confidently analyze labs, prioritize protocols, and build structured client plans.
After completing more than 30 functional lab trainings and working through hundreds of real client cases, Amber noticed a consistent pattern: practitioners weren’t struggling because they lacked information—they were struggling because they didn’t have a clear system for applying it.
Despite understanding labs, symptoms, and protocols individually, many still felt unsure when faced with complex cases involving multiple systems. This often led to second-guessing, jumping between protocols, and inconsistent results.
To solve this, Amber developed the Clinical Mapping Method—a repeatable approach that works with every client, regardless of symptoms, lab findings, or diagnosis. Her method teaches practitioners how to assess, map, and apply clinical findings in the correct sequence, so they can stop guessing and start practicing with clarity and confidence.
Today, Amber teaches health coaches and practitioners how to simplify complexity, organize clinical data into a clear plan, and deliver more consistent client results without feeling overwhelmed.
